Fly has announced another dual SIM phone to its range by introducing the E176 for the Russian market. Specs-wise, the handset packs a 2.4-inch 240 x 320 display, a 2.0-megapixel camera, dual SIM card slots, a microSD card slot (up to 16GB), an FM radio, a media player and an 8-hour battery (talk time).
