Sony today launched the latest version of the Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo HX card with data transfer speeds of up to 50MB/sec. It is 1.6x faster than the previous version of Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo HX card. The company also claims that the new memory card is quicker than today’s fastest commercially available UHS-I SD cards when used in Sony cameras. Available in capacities from 8GB to 32GB, the Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo HX is optimized for sustained burst shooting with today’s high-resolution cameras. The new 50MB/sec Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo HX by Sony is available from May 2011
